Existing door supervisors who achieved their door supervisor qualification before April 2021 must undertake additional training in order to renew their SIA licence. Because Door supervisor courses completed before April 2021 did not include terrorism awareness or safety awareness, this new course will upskill door supervisors to the level attained by those who took a course and qualification after April 2021.
This is a 1 and half days course with a online ACT training to be completed prior to attending the face-to-face training. Moreover first aid training is mandatory for joining the course.
