As a Web Developer at SnasIT, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining websites that meet our clients’ needs and objectives. You will collaborate with our team to create both front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user experience. Key Responsibilities:

Website Development:

  • Develop and maintain websites, including front-end and back-end development, that align with client requirements and design specifications.
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and visually appealing.

Coding and Programming:

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Utilize server-side scripting languages and databases for back-end development (e.g., PHP, Python, or Node.js).

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, issues, or inconsistencies in websites.
  • Optimize website performance for speed, responsiveness, and security.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure that project goals are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
  • Continuously refine and enhance your web development skills.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Use market insights to provide strategic recommendations to clients and help them maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications / Skills / Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
  • Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of web development frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience with server-side scripting and database management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
