As a Marketing Administrator at SnasIT, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to our marketing team. You will help ensure the efficient coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns, including scheduling, data entry, and file management.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing materials, documents, and project files.

Content Management:

  • Coordinate and maintain marketing content, including digital assets, brochures, presentations, and other collateral.
  • Ensure that marketing materials are up-to-date and readily accessible to the marketing team.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Handle event logistics, including venue booking, invitations, and coordination of materials.

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to assist with content scheduling, email marketing, and social media updates.
  • Help maintain the company’s online presence, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Collect and organize data related to marketing campaigns.
  • Generate reports and perform basic analysis to assess campaign performance.

Vendor and Supplier Liaison:

  • Interact with marketing vendors, suppliers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide support for various marketing projects and initiatives.

Qualifications / Skills / Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
