As a Client Account Manager at SnasIT, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and our company, ensuring that their needs are met, their expectations are exceeded, and their businesses thrive through our services. This role requires a combination of sales, relationship-building, and strategic account management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and tailor our services to meet those needs effectively.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Account Growth and Retention:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Develop account expansion strategies to maximize client retention and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of quality solutions that align with client objectives.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement account plans that outline the client’s goals, strategies, and key milestones.
  • Work with clients to define their long-term objectives and align our services to support their business growth.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress, results, and any relevant industry trends or insights.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on key performance metrics and project status to clients and internal stakeholders.

Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of client engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Use market insights to provide strategic recommendations to clients and help them maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.
  • Strong understanding of our industry and the challenges our clients face.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
